The warehouse I own was left in a deplorable state by a tenant who allowed their dog to urinate all over the concrete floors. Despite John's best efforts in cleaning up the mess, a lingering stench remained the next day. Thankfully, John returned this morning and applied a second treatment, restoring the entire space to a satisfactory condition, much to the delight of my new tenant. A couple of months ago, I had my air conditioning system cleaned because my aim was to have fresh and clean air inside my house. Recently, I relocated to Melbourne, Fl. However, I discovered an unpleasant odor issue in my new house after moving in.
