I had a fantastic experience with True Mount! When we were moving nearby, I enlisted their help to remove our TV from the wall in our old home, transport it to our new house and then mount it again. Unfortunately, the TV broke in the process. However, they promptly acknowledged the incident and even bought a new TV for us. That very afternoon, they had it installed and hanging on the wall in our new home. I realized then that hiring a genuine professional was the correct decision. Every business makes errors, but it's their reaction that determines what kind of people are behind the company. I will certainly employ their services in the future!

This company provided an exceptional experience! They installed three TVs for us, including one outside on stucco and another in our living room with a slim mount. Another contractor had deemed this task impossible due to the size of our TV. Additionally, the height of all three TVs was perfect. We are extremely satisfied with the mounted TVs and grateful that we didn't attempt to install them ourselves.
