This individual is attempting to steal my deposit. It is strongly advised to avoid this person at all costs. Their lack of morals is astonishing. I initially chose to support this small black business in good faith. I was transparent and genuine with this person. My goal was to refurbish my home so I can care for my elderly parents. However, this individual has jeopardized this plan. I truly wish I had the option to award negative stars. This person's conduct is reprehensible. They cannot be trusted and should not be considered a legitimate contractor. Their incompetence caused a 30-day delay in my project as they continually stated that they didn't have all the materials, despite purchasing them together from Home Depot. The individual was preoccupied with their phone and frequently forgot items that I later had to procure. They claimed to have a crew, yet only one other person worked alongside them. This individual seemed to have little to no construction experience and appeared to be inebriated. This contractor never worked a full day on my project. They usually worked for an hour or two, chatting on their phone and completing no work before departing. I had to persistently remind them of the scope of work and create a punch list for them to refer to. Their work was shoddy and subpar. They removed a wall and ceiling in my bathroom and attempted to move my toilet, despite not receiving express permission to do so. They omitted a 2x4 from the wall and tried to cover it with joint compound. Their sanding skills were poor. Installing a window took them four days despite having all the necessary tools readily available. The end result was appalling. I implore you to avoid this individual as they will not respond to requests for refunds. I've retained a lawyer to resolve this matter. This person has shown a complete lack of integrity and morals, evidenced by their infidelity toward their spouse, who is recuperating from cancer. This crook wasted 30 days of my time and is now attempting to steal my deposit. I have them on camera twice attempting to access my basement after I dismissed them. I thought I could trust them, but I was mistaken.

My parents' kitchen has been transformed into a beautiful space by Mr. Washington, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire project. The beauty of the kitchen after his work was beyond our imagination. We are grateful for the fantastic job that he has done and offer our sincere thanks and blessings to him.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that JW Drywall conducted in my mother's house. They renovated the bathroom, installing a shower, and also revamped all of the bedrooms and updated the kitchen. Not only was everything completed efficiently, but the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to employ JW Drywall's services again.
