The engineers from ISTA deserve a rating of five stars or more. Their responses were prompt, the bid was submitted on time (even on Martin Luther King Jr. Day!), they displayed a high level of professionalism, provided great value and delivered quality work.

When others wouldn't, Pedram provided us with significant help. We required confirmation that a portion of our basement was due to natural settling instead of being structural. With only a brief notice, he arrived and furnished us with a written report on the same day. Pedram demonstrated thoroughness, inspecting not just the inside of the home but also the exterior. His fee was reasonable, and his evaluation saved us a considerable sum of money.

After holding a meeting with us and thoroughly assessing our project to comprehend our requirements, ISTA Engineers exhibited an extremely professional approach and provided us with a stamped set of plans that boasted top-notch quality.

On a Saturday morning, 6-14, I had a critical deadline for a home inspection objection due on 6-17 and Pedram Amin was responsive. Despite contacting eight engineers on Friday and Saturday, only two responded, and only three ever called back. Pedram scheduled me for an inspection on Monday, 6-16, and his cost/value was exceptional compared to other contractors. He even provided a contact contractor to fix the problem of the leaning beam. Pedram completed the report on the same day as the inspection, despite my expectation for the findings to follow the next day. He practiced social distancing, wore a mask, maintained the appropriate distance, and provided his verbal findings, collected payment, and gave the contractor contact name/number with extreme care, which was especially important because I am considered high risk. I am impressed with Pedram's services and will use him again. I also highly recommend him to others in need of a Structural Engineer. His service was beyond ten-stars and exceeded expectations.
