OVC Contractors

I discussed a project I needed assistance with and made myself available for a meeting at my home. We had a fruitful conversation and the person advised me to allow 24 hours for an estimate to be sent via email. However, a week passed without any communication. When I inquired, I was informed that the estimator was unwell and requested that I allow another two days. Another week went by without an update, so I reached out again. Sadly, after two weeks of no follow-up, I learned that they would be unable to help as they were overbooked and not interested in taking on small projects. It is uncertain whether the real issue is a bias towards larger projects or their being genuinely overbooked. Either way, several reviews expressed similar concerns, and it's worth being cautious.

Last Wednesday, they conducted the inspection and informed me that I would receive the estimate within 24 hours. However, they have been unresponsive since last week despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

Working with OVC was an excellent experience. I initially approached them for a particular part of a complete remodeling and demonstration of various properties. However, we eventually extended their services for the entire range of tasks. OVC promptly responded to my queries, expedited the teams effectively, provided comprehensive quotes, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them and will continue to avail their services in the future!

Before commencing the repair, a thorough explanation was given. The estimate offered was highly reasonable. The work was done within the scheduled time and in a proficient manner. They handled the job with a high level of professionalism while taking good care of my property. I would surely consider hiring them again.
