I left a note for Oahu Electrical Services on Sunday night explaining my situation. The following morning, I received a call from Mr. Archana. After discussing my problem, he offered to schedule an appointment for the next day, but I insisted on having it done as soon as possible. Mr. Archana asked if I would be available all day, and within an hour, an electrician showed up and resolved the issue. Their prompt response and excellent service truly impressed me. I received a text message informing me that he was en route and he arrived on time as scheduled. He promptly identified the issue within a minute and explained how it impacted the electrical current. He retrieved the necessary materials from his vehicle, repaired the wiring, tested the electricity, and concluded the job within 15 minutes.
