With 32 years of experience as a licensed contractor, I offer consultation and project management services. Please note that I do not perform construction work or provide cost estimates. My current hourly rate is $85.

As a consultant, I can evaluate the necessity and feasibility of your project, provide advice, and assess estimates, bids, and contracts. I can also assist in selecting architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure that all parties hold the necessary licenses, workman's compensation, and liability insurance.

As a project manager, I serve as your liaison with those hired for the job. I oversee the work and inspections, ensure quality and timely completion, and manage all documentation for review and payment approval. I provide ongoing updates and guidance throughout the project to relieve you of stress.

While my experience focuses mainly on construction projects, I am open to discussing other types of project management, as this expertise often transfers well across different fields. Please contact me for assistance with any future projects.
