After a previous moving company had fallen through, Michael and his team quickly responded to our request and took immediate action to relocate us. Despite a generally satisfactory job, there were several instances of furniture and chandelier damage. Additionally, a significant amount of boxes were left in the basement requiring the hiring of another team as Michael was unresponsive. While I would have preferred a different handling of the situation, I acknowledge that the team performed decently considering the circumstances.
