Optimal cleaning and maintenance solutions

I love that the owner still does the cleaning, but unfortunately, some things were missed. For instance, he neglected to move the kitchen chairs and dog beds while cleaning the floors. Although he vacuumed the upstairs carpet, there was still dirt visible on our white carpet. He used his own vacuum, which may have caused the issue, but he didn't opt to use mine to fix the situation. Moreover, he left the assistant surface of the toilet base unclean despite my request for "all touchable surfaces" to be cleaned. Additionally, he overlooked wiping door handles and light switches. Despite these slight shortcomings, he was highly professional, considerate, and worked hard.
