Initially, my experience with this company was outstanding. Olekssi provided great service and did an excellent job installing my awning. He was responsive and attentive to my needs. However, the second part of the job was a different story. I had scheduled for Olekssi to come back and install porch panels on 12/30, so I left my grandkids in NY on their special day to be in NJ in time for his arrival. Despite my efforts to accommodate his schedule, he was a no-show and didn't respond to any of my messages or calls for several days. After finally getting in touch with him, he agreed to come last Saturday. Once again, I canceled important plans to be available for him, but he never showed up or contacted me. I've made several attempts to reach him since then, but have received no response. Sadly, my once-positive opinion of this company has changed. I've learned not to be fooled twice and won't be recommending them to others.

Our previously uncovered patio is now a stunning covered sitting area, thanks to Alex. He created a perfect spot for us to enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather conditions. Alex's professionalism and amiable nature made working with him a pleasant experience. The cost was very reasonable, which adds to the already high recommendation for his work.

Without a doubt, they merit a rating greater than five stars. Alegor and Alex are among the most candid, direct, and proficient companies in New York. Despite my building's difficult design approval process, which lasted two months only to be rejected in the end, they remained incredibly patient. They willingly provided numerous design revisions and offered valuable advice throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they even managed to deliver the awning in just one week, whereas other companies in the city take anywhere from three to six weeks. Furthermore, their pricing is much fairer than most of the signage businesses in town. I am grateful to have worked with Alegor and Alex!
