Despite making several phone calls for a plumber, nobody responded. However, on a Friday afternoon, I was finally contacted by David from Pro Elevated plumbing. He arrived shortly after and spent approximately two hours trying to unclog the line, but to no avail. He came back on Monday morning and successfully cleared the blockage, going as far as climbing up to the roof to snake the vent pipe. I was extremely satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to hire him again, although I hope I won't have to. 😊

I contacted them about my leaking water heater and they promptly arrived on the scene, informing me that it needed to be replaced. They also offered me a favorable price on the replacement and installed it quickly, resulting in me regaining access to hot water. Thumbs up!
