My expectations were exceeded by Julian of TRU Carpet Care. Due to my dog, I was anxious that my carpets wouldn't be cleaned properly. Julian, on the other hand, managed to remove almost all of the dog hair and stains, giving my carpets a fresh look once again. Highly recommend!
