The manner in which Tom conducts his work is extremely impressive. He is consistently punctual and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

After being turned down by several big HVAC repair companies, I opted for Tom. Despite working in a cramped space, he did an exceptional job fixing a broken supply duct with some ingenious troubleshooting. The initial cost was fair, and even though the work took a bit longer than anticipated, he didn't ask for any extra payment.

Tom and his team exhibited remarkable professionalism and maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout their work. They promptly executed the task while also conducting checks to verify that the new duct was receiving adequate airflow. Their work is highly commendable.

After assessing the air circulation in the ducts located in our attic, Tom suggested various modifications to enhance the air flow towards two bedrooms, which he subsequently implemented.

Tom efficiently finished the task at a fair cost, ultimately eliminating the annoyance of a faulty dryer that had been troubling me for almost a year.
