Although my stuff was eventually picked up, it was a day later than what was originally agreed upon. Mr. J was expected to contact me over the weekend prior to the pickup, however, he informed me that he had lost his phone. On the day of pickup, he encountered issues with his truck, but he did call to inform me of the delay and assured me that he would collect my belongings later that evening. Despite being a personable and amiable individual, I couldn't help but feel that his conduct lacked professionalism in the end.
