I could have contributed some added value. The installation of my solar array by Barak and his team was impressive in terms of being tidy and productive. Barak took charge of obtaining permits, arranging for inspections, and completing all formalities required to register the system with PG&E.
Moreover, he detected a flaw in one of the panels by utilizing his system information access before my realization. With his troubleshooting skills, he identified the problem and worked closely with the manufacturer to rectify and replace the faulty panel.
