Having Banner Property Management Company handle my rental properties has been a great experience. After managing my own properties for 15 years, it was a huge relief when Banner took over. I no longer worry about my properties because I know they're being well taken care of. Any necessary repairs are taken care of promptly. Nowadays, my only involvement is checking in on my properties once or twice a year, mostly out of habit to stay informed.
