The service rendered by American Fitness left me extremely satisfied. Johnny accurately identified the issue with my recumbent stationary bike and Adolpho (apologies if the spelling is wrong) expertly mended it the next day after ordering a part. I was aware that I had to pay $155.00 for the repairmen to fix my treadmill; however, they were unable to fix it due to a missing part. Consequently, I paid $155.00 for half an hour of unproductive service. American Fitness provided me with a quote for the necessary part, which amounted to $155.00, as well as an additional fee of $30.00 for shipping and $155.00 for labor charges. I declined their offer.

I received exceptional service from the technician. They were courteous and displayed a high level of professionalism. Before arriving, they made a phone call and arrived on time. They paid close attention to my issue and resolved it promptly, in addition to conducting preventive maintenance on my equipment. I would highly recommend them and rate their service with five stars.
