ASCENSION 21

My aim is to assist people in opening up their energetic pathways and reaching their true selves through massage and reiki practices, ultimately leading to a reduction in depression and anxiety, relief from tension, improved blood flow and circulation, alleviation of muscle and joint pain, increased range of motion, decreased energy abundance, inner peace, joy, relaxation, and overall acceptance.

With a lineage of body workers, reiki masters, and spiritual practitioners in my family, I am a licensed massage therapist who blends massage, holistic coaching, and spirituality into my work. By raising the vibration of humanity, I strive to bring about positive change in the world.

I have training in various modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, hot stone, cupping, trigger point therapy, sports, therapeutic (for carpal tunnel, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tension/migraine headaches), stretching, foot detox, acupressure, as well as being a Reiki master, chakra, and energy worker.

As a massage therapist, I aspire to connect with the nervous system through the mind's eye rather than merely superficially touching the skin.

I believe that our bodies are constantly communicating with us and yearning for self-care and attention. As a guide to the inner world, where the soul resides, I am here to serve with a passion for getting in tune with my clients' unique needs.
