Having bought a new house, becoming novice homeowners has been extremely nerve-wracking for us! Numerous repairs needed to be sorted out. I attempted to collaborate with the nearby Culligan team, but after three months and three service requests with zero follow-ups, I opted to contact Progressive Water Solutions. Their response was immediate, resulting in a scheduled filtration service, followed by the installment of a brand new softener system. Three years ago, we had another company install a full system in our home that included a water softener, acid neutralizer, and reverse osmosis unit. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by their service and the quality of our water. Our water was very hard and acidic, causing multiple issues. We contacted Progressive Water Solutions for assistance and they agreed to work on our equipment. Despite the challenges they faced in dealing with the manufacturer of certain parts, they handled our problems with great professionalism and courtesy.
