We had a misunderstanding regarding the diagnostic fees. We requested Mr. Parker to check two appliances, without realizing that he would charge a fee for each diagnosis. Personally, I'm accustomed to service call charges rather than diagnostic fees. Additionally, I am used to service fees being waived if repairs are made. We were charged $170 to simply identify the problems without any repairs being made. Mr. Parker had to order two parts; he quoted us $100 for a new ice maker and $25 for the dishwasher seal. We are unsure if there are any installation fees, as we have not received any information from Mr. Parker yet. Subsequently, we cancelled the ice maker order. In retrospect, communicating with Mr. Parker via text messages was not the best approach, and I was remiss in asking him enough questions.

Identifying the problem right away, Quentin Parker possessed all of the necessary requirements.
