Whilst searching for a contractor to develop my property in Goldendale, WA, I encountered multiple contractors who offered varying ideas on how to construct buildings, driveways, access ways, sewers, water systems, electric components, and more. Each was eager to begin immediately and requested that I grant them the job if I simply provided my requirements. Yet, I was still uncertain of what I wanted. However, S & T Construction & Earthworks was attentive to my preferences, presented me with evidence of their previous, successful work, and then elaborated on each of my ideas, explaining why they would approach it a certain way or what modifications could be made for the future. We also delved into how weather conditions could impact their groundwork and other sub-contractors, as well as the installation of French Drains to manage water runoff. Once S & T had imparted their wisdom, they even offered recommendations on where costs could be cut in one region to focus on another that required more attention. I am excited to collaborate with S & T Construction & Earthworks.
