The next morning, they contacted me promptly and dispatched a team of experts on a Saturday. In addition, when I discovered additional scorpions, they returned for a follow-up visit. My technician was exceptional; he arrived and safely removed the scorpion. Additionally, when I called with anxiety a week after my initial fumigation, the company immediately sent a service technician to my residence, and they were exceptionally understanding and supportive. I couldn't have asked for better service.
