I searched for a roof replacement company on CrackerJack in late January 2020. After reading reviews on both the website and BBB, I contacted several companies for proposals. Ultimately, I chose Talco Construction, LLC from Winter Garden because of their excellent customer service and professionalism. Sales and Marketing Manager Brian Lancaster promptly responded to my initial contact, even emailing me an Eagle View report for my home at 12:21 AM. Throughout the project, he and his team provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to address our needs. Sales Rep Manager Trina Savage impressed us with her knowledge and willingness to climb onto our roof to provide an accurate estimate. Despite a few installation issues, Talco Construction rose to the occasion, working tirelessly to resolve any problems and ensure our satisfaction. The quality of their work and their use of knowledge about the Owen Corning shingles for our roof truly impressed us, and we happily recommend Talco Construction to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. They truly exemplify what it means to be an outstanding company.

The team did an excellent job replacing our room. They provided us with several options and assisted us in finding a color that would be suitable within our budget. The installation team arrived on time and finished the job within the estimated time frame. After the installation, we detected a minor issue with the soffits, which was not related to their work, and reached out to them for assistance. They promptly sent a professional who was able to fix the issue on the same day and at a lower cost than we had anticipated. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and they maintained open communication throughout the process.

It's our first time purchasing an older house, and we feel a little uneasy about installing a new roof. Stratus provided excellent support and kept us informed throughout the entire procedure.
