The musician I hired for my mother's funeral was unprofessional and unreliable. We had communicated days in advance and agreed on a time for him to arrive an hour before the service to set up. However, when I didn't hear from him the day before, I contacted him multiple times the morning of the service to confirm his availability. Despite his lack of confirmation, I still expected him to show up. Unfortunately, at 10:30am, as my family and I were preparing to start the service, he called to inform me he was running late and wouldn't make it until 10:58. I had no choice but to decline his offer to still come and play. The whole situation caused undue stress and thank goodness the funeral director's son was able to step in and play the piano instead. I was disappointed with the musician's behavior and would not recommend him to anyone.

I am beyond impressed with this company. Their musicianship, responsiveness, and ability to bring my vision to life were unparalleled. I will definitely hire them again!

Wow, I have to say, Philip and his band were simply amazing! Right from the start, Philip was incredibly professional and delightful to work with all the way through my husband's surprise birthday party. Their music was absolutely fantastic, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how brilliant they sounded. They played exactly the type of music I had requested, and every song they performed was thoroughly enjoyed by my guests and myself. The band really knew how to create the perfect atmosphere, especially during my husband's entrance and while we sang happy birthday. Even though I listened to their YouTube videos beforehand, I was blown away by their live performance. My husband and I are already planning to book them for our next event! The ultimate highlight of the evening was when Philip kindly agreed to play while my children sang a few of their father's favorite songs. The band even rehearsed with them beforehand, and my kids felt like superstars. It truly was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one!
