Stan, the contractor, demonstrated exceptional skill in carrying out a full-scale demolition of the house, as well as installing new electrical systems, sanding and staining the floors, and fitting new drywall and trim work. The upstairs bathroom, which was previously tiny and unremarkable, has been transformed into a stunning space that maximizes the available area. It is worth noting that it is advisable to include all details in the contract before signing. However, Stan was always willing to accommodate our requests mid-project and remained accessible throughout the entire process.
