All five options, including work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality, were what I would have chosen if I were able to. Our tile project involved re-tiling the shower and tub area with Sean Evans. It turned out that there was water damage after some of the old tile was removed in the process. Despite not planning on tiling the entire shower, Sean suggested doing so to check if there was water damage elsewhere, and he did the job perfectly. He replaced the sheetrock with HardieBacker cement board and completed the entire 10-day project on 1/30/23, with the final product being nothing short of outstanding. Sean had an incredible work ethic and attention to detail, striving for nothing less than high standards. He was punctual, arriving at our house every day at 8 a.m. and leaving at 5 p.m., even when our plans changed mid-project. My wife wanted to re-plumb the entire shower valve after Sean had already hung the cement board, but he didn't hesitate to precisely cut and remove the necessary section he had just put up days before. Our main priority was finding a capable and reputable craftsman, and Sean went above and beyond our expectations. He even came to quote the job just four hours after we contacted him on a weekend.
