For more than a year, Jasmin has been my trainer. At first, my objectives were to slim down and tone up for summer activities. However, after a few weeks of working with her, she was able to realign my thinking towards more comprehensive health goals, which naturally helped improve my lifestyle and consistency. Jasmin dedicated her time to attentively hearing out my needs and worries, in order to determine the most suitable plan for my workout routine. Typically at the gym, I would walk around, hop on the elliptical or treadmill for a brief period, become intimidated by the large number of machines, and then simply stretch before exiting. However, under Jasmine's guidance, we started with simpler exercises and gradually moved on to trying out various machines and incorporating light dumbbell workouts. Her positive energy was infectious and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together. I absolutely adore working with her!
