Our encounter with John and his team was wonderful. Promptly, John arrived and attentively listened to our needs. He presented us with several options which we appreciated as it helped us have a better idea of how the floors would appear in the room. The quality of the flooring we ultimately selected surpassed what we would have selected by ourselves. The installation team was highly skilled and proficient; they were truly exceptional. We didn't have to lift a finger, not even to move our furniture. Altogether, it was an exceptional experience.

However, now I understand why. John and Bryce proved to be absolutely phenomenal to collaborate with. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and the finished installation was nothing short of faultless. I couldn't be more satisfied with their team, and it was an excellent decision to choose them for the job. Moreover, not only were they impeccably reasonable, their output exceeded the estimate provided. I would highly recommend them with a perfect 10/10 score.
