I hired a professional, Matt, to hang items in my apartment-home gym, including a 55" TV and sound bar, a ballet barre, and TRX xmount. Although I wanted the project to be done well and easily repairable if we moved, I am not handy and didn't attempt to do it myself. I also asked Matt to add two small coat racks to the list. Matt completed all the tasks, but it wasn't a smooth process. He missed the stud twice and didn't spackle as he promised. He didn't bring a level with him, and a few bolts on the barre mount were not flush with the wall. Although he did an excellent job on the TV mount, he assembled the sound bar bracket incorrectly. I needed to suggest he consult the manual several times. Additionally, he made very little effort to clean the work area. Although he did a good job on the coat racks and TRX mount, I just wish he had been better equipped and more efficient.

Matt was highly appreciated for his excellent work that was both meticulous and outstanding. Moreover, he exhibited a friendly and amiable personality which made working with him an absolute pleasure.

Working with Matt was a superb experience. He demonstrated punctuality and excellent communication, conveying what could be achieved and when. His commitment enabled the project to be completed timely for Father's Day enjoyment.
