I highly recommend this company! The team was fantastic to work with. They promptly sent someone over to my house after my initial inquiry. The technician assessed the situation and informed me of the necessary repairs. To my surprise, he also completed some additional work at no extra cost. He went above and beyond because he knew it was important and simply the right thing to do. I cannot express how much I appreciate this company and their outstanding service.

His quote was merely half of what other companies had charged. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he delivered the project on schedule. My potential foundation damage was swiftly evaluated by World Foundation. They confirmed that there was no damage caused by the fallen tree and identified a few other areas needing further assessment.

Unfortunately, I dislike writing this review, but I hope it will help us communicate effectively with the owner, Enrique. A few years ago, we asked for a quote for foundation repair costs since we were not familiar with the expenses. When we scheduled an appointment, Enrique was responsive, polite, and professional. Although, because we were far away, we paid a $75 fee, which he informed us would be credited towards the job if we hired them. Enrique was knowledgeable and professional, and he answered all of our questions. We had received other cost estimates from several contractors, but we chose to work with Enrique because of the lack of professionalism and unpleasant behavior of other representatives. Unfortunately, COVID-19 affected us, and we lost our jobs, and had to drain our savings to survive. Later we saved up again and asked for a new quote, but instead of communicating with Enrique, Lucy became our point of contact. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about our seriousness, but we easily rescheduled our appointment. A few months later, we needed to reschedule again, but communication became difficult since Lucy refused to let my husband speak with Enrique about the change in costs per pier and labor rates. Further, the fee escalated from $75 to $200! While we respect that the expenses can go up, we do not appreciate Lucy's unprofessional behavior regarding scheduling and communication. We had a great experience with Enrique, but Lucy's poor customer service has turned us off. Therefore, we hope to hear back from Enrique and update this review on a positive note.
