The customer service was pretty impressive but the prices were too steep. They gave me a quote of $2000 if they were to provide the materials for the project in the attached photos. However, when I informed them that I had my own materials, they went ahead and quoted $1000 for labor only, which I found absurd. The truth is, with the Home Depot app, anyone can easily compare prices and see that the materials cost less than $100. In my opinion, I cannot recommend them as they charge exorbitant prices for small projects. It's better to go elsewhere where you can get quality service and have enough to cover other projects on your to-do list.

Unfortunately, my experience with Cathedral Drywall was regrettable. The individuals who arrived were unprofessional and showed borderline disrespectful behavior. While they arrived on time, they did not properly introduce themselves and acted unfriendly. After beginning work, they left for a few hours and unexpectedly returned with a crew who did not speak English. I was not informed of their departure, and upon their return, strangers appeared in my home without proper introduction. Although progress was being made, one individual decided to lounge on my porch and proved to be the worst worker of the bunch. When the drywall work was complete, they informed me that they would need to come back the next day to sand it down after it dried. However, they failed to return on the scheduled day without any communication. It wasn't until two days later, when they appeared unannounced on a Sunday morning, that the job was finally completed. The worker who returned proved to be the same individual who was previously lounging on my porch, and his work was subpar. He took an excessive amount of time to complete the job, left my house messy, and failed to clean up after himself. He also used my personal belongings to do his job and disposed of his trash in my already overflowing dumpster. I advise proceeding with caution and not using Cathedral Drywall for any future projects. There are plenty of professionals in the area who do quality work and treat their clients and homes with respect. I will be sure to take necessary steps to have them removed from CrackerJack. No one should have to suffer from poor treatment and service after paying hard-earned money for a project.
