The team displayed great professionalism and punctuality while working on over 20 vents / ducts for three hours. They diligently went through each vent and completed the work with neatness. However, I was surprised that they did not use a mechanized rotating cleaning brush for a deep clean. Instead, they manually scrubbed the vents using only a flexible small brush and vacuumed afterward. It left me uncertain if the clean was truly deep. Nevertheless, the fact that the vents barely had any build-up was unexpected for a property that is 12 years old.
