Please note that our rates vary depending on the location of the service and the type of case, whether it is family law or restraining orders, or general civil or small claims. We are currently offering a special CrackerJack price of $70 for Standard/Routine Serves, which is $15 off our normal rate of $85. However, this rate only applies to first-time customers and cannot be combined with other promotions. Our full fee schedule can be found on our website in the blue highlighted text at the top.
Please be aware that these discounted rates do not apply to any product or service that is not initially priced at the $85 price point. Services such as restraining orders and family law always start at $130 and are automatically rushed with up to five attempts included. Notice postings do not qualify for further discounts and begin at $50.
For services to be completed at CT Corporation or Corporate Creations Network, the rate is further discounted by $5 for a total of $20 off our normal rate of $85. These services begin at $65 each.
We cover a variety of areas, and some may incur a Zone Fee in addition to the base quote. To view these fees, you can check our website for the link.

The Sheriff attempted to deliver the Restraining Order on several occasions without success. However, they were able to serve it immediately upon their first attempt, for which I am extremely grateful.

The performance of this process server was truly outstanding. Despite the sheriff’s inability to serve the defendant who had fled to Mexico, the process server was able to serve him upon his return, in the evening. Moreover, their service fee is affordable, allowing me to recover my expenses.
