As a disabled veteran, my priority is providing for my family. However, I am also eager to assist you in completing your tasks. Unfortunately, my availability is limited to Mondays and Wednesdays. I possess certification as a hydroponicist and have a deep appreciation for nature. Therefore, any long-term projects I engage in must involve discussions on plants, nutrition, medicine, and resource conservation.My rate is $125 per hour for the first hour of a project or trip, followed by $55 per hour afterward. Larger projects are open to negotiation, and I may not be able to take on every project due to my personal commitments. I am based in Gilbert, and my preferred work area is south and east of South Mountain.

The service was initially pleasant as he came by to provide an estimate, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up. It would be better to plainly communicate if one is not interested in working for someone. During the estimate, he appeared hesitant to handle the electrical work, including fan installation, and instead recommended purchasing a considerable amount of RING equipment. However, no assistance was given, leaving the client puzzled as he frequently mentioned needing to ask his father for approval. 🤷🏻♀️

I would like to give a high recommendation to Chad! He promptly responded to my last-minute request, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. He even fixed a loose doorstop that I didn't notice before. I am extremely grateful for his swift response.
