Contact us today to get started!Our weekday rates for local moves (within 15 miles) start at $150 per hour for two movers, with a two-hour minimum, plus mileage fees. We also offer special rates for smaller moves; please contact us to inquire. Please note that our quotes do not include mileage for long-distance moves or moves over 15 miles, and additional charges may apply due to changing local or state costs. Our mileage rate is $3.25 per mile.
Our rates are as follows:
- Two movers: $150 per hour
- Three movers: $200 per hour
- Four movers: $250 per hour
- Five movers: $325 per hour
Please note that our rates do not include packing services; we only provide labor and padding for transport. We offer additional services, such as wrap, bubble wrap, mattress covers, tape, and rope, at an extra cost. Please inquire for holiday rates, and for moves scheduled on Sundays, a deposit is required, depending on the size of the move.
For out-of-state moves, please inquire for details.
We cannot move live plants, propane, gas, aerosol sprays, or some pool tables, except in rare scenarios. Additional charges will apply for moving pianos, pool tables, and French door/full-size refrigerators. Please note that moves beyond 15 miles of the local area will incur an additional $60 fee. For items that weigh over 200 lbs, additional fees will apply for flights of stairs or for moves requiring disassembling and reassembling.

The team that Allen led arrived punctually in Austin and loaded my belongings with speed and caution. Subsequently, all of my possessions were transported to my new residence in Houston, where they were unloaded into my third-floor apartment with equal promptness.
