Amidst a family crisis, we stumbled upon Shannon. In need of a liver transplant, my spouse and I had to move to Phoenix. Luckily, Shannon had a property available for rent. Despite the urgency of our circumstances, she quickly processed our application with empathy towards our situation. Due to medical complications, our moving timeline was unexpectedly pushed ahead by a week, but Shannon went above and beyond to expedite the application and lease agreement process within five days.
