The cost of acquiring my petite efficiency was just right. Despite being busy with another task, the owner promptly responded to my requests and promised to visit later that day. To my surprise, not only did she arrive to clarify the specifics of the job and price, but she and her partner came prepared to work. They diligently worked for almost two hours, paying close attention to every detail.
