I attempted to have my countertops repaired but the repairman was unable to determine if they had been sealed. I had additional inquiries, but he appeared to be easily sidetracked. To gain clarity, I asked for a detailed proposal of his recommended work. He stated that he would take photos and send the proposal the following week, but he would charge me $150 for his service and time. Since I was alone, I paid the fee without protest. Unfortunately, almost four weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive the proposal. I do not suggest using this repairman's services.

The task at hand was to fit three Corian tub splashes back in their original positions after replacing a small tub with a larger one. This required precise cutting of the existing material to match the new tub and controls. Jim went above and beyond by filling an unused sink opening in order to set up a deck mounted sink. His meticulous and skilled workmanship brought about impeccable results. Both Jim and his assistant Debra were a joy to collaborate with, exhibiting true professionalism throughout the entire project.
