Hi, my name is Lytrice Ingraham, and I have been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. I am the proud owner and operator of Repose Massage Therapy, where I offer various services such as Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, salt scrubs, and infrared sauna therapy.

My passion as a massage therapist is to provide my clients with a comforting and rejuvenating experience. Through massage therapy, my clients have been able to enhance their body's natural healing process by increasing blood circulation. The accumulation of toxins in the body can harm one's immune system, but massage therapy effectively flushes toxins out. Thus, massage therapy plays a crucial role in promoting a healthy body. Overall, I believe that massage therapy is one of the most beneficial ways to care for your body.
