Insufficient communication and failure to notify booking requirements beyond CrackerJack listing led to issues. I had arranged a service with CrackerJack for a time window of 3pm to 5pm on February 20th. CrackerJack had sent numerous reminders and confirmation messages, and I had received no further communication from MRR. However, at 4:15pm, I received a message from MRR, sent at 3:49pm, stating that they "accept bookings only through their private website" and did not have cleaners available for my reservation.

On January 31st, 2023, I scheduled a deep cleaning service. However, the company failed to arrive and they charged $329 from my account. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or communication from them ever since the transaction was made. I have attempted to reach out to them using every contact number provided by the company, but to no avail. This experience has left me feeling let down.

Throughout the cleaning process, Noelle maintained a high level of professionalism and provided frequent updates. She consistently inquired about any potential concerns I may have had, which I found quite considerate. Noelle also displayed a strong attention to detail, and additionally proved to be a friendly and pleasant individual. All in all, I found her to be an excellent choice for my cleaning needs.

Without a doubt, the best cleaning crew! On Friday, I arranged for my house to be cleaned before my belongings arrived on Saturday. Initially, I only hired one person to clean, but she canceled on the day of the cleaning, putting me in a desperate situation. I contacted Maids R Rollin, and they promptly arrived on the same day and worked for hours. I am incredibly grateful and extremely satisfied with the service. Three "happys" to express my joy!
