As a home improvement project, we decided to upgrade our 10X20 shed into a pub shed. Unfortunately, most siding companies turned down the job due to its size. Luckily, we found HOME TECH! Their estimate was fair, but we experienced some communication issues with their office regarding the start date and delivery of materials. However, the project manager, Tommy, and the installation team more than made up for it. Tommy kept in close contact until the completion of the project, and the installation team was punctual, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. Their workmanship was so good that our shed now resembles a small house. Despite the office's minor setbacks, our overall experience with HomeTech was fantastic, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

I made an appointment but didn't receive any further communication.

We were left in the lurch during our insurance claim process after being ghosted by HomeTech LLC. We strongly advise against doing business with this highly unreliable company. Although our point of contact, Brandon Sutphin, was polite and professional, he failed to follow through on his commitments. He was unacceptably late for the initial consultation and failed to show up for subsequent appointments, citing Covid-19 and personal reasons. He also failed to respond to our calls and emails, despite assuring us that HomeTech would help us fight the denied claim. Dealing with a damaged roof is stressful enough, but being abandoned in the midst of the process is highly frustrating. We have been waiting almost three months since filing our claim, and there has been no progress or communication from HomeTech. Albert Andrawos, your website promises that your team's expectations will be exceeded only when your clients' expectations have been met. Unfortunately, your team has failed to meet our expectations, and we urge you to remove this statement from your website. At the very least, we would have appreciated a call informing us of your decision to discontinue our business relationship. Thank you for nothing. -Michelle

I initially experienced difficulties scheduling an estimate appointment, but the owner personally reached out to me and promptly provided an estimate while scheduling the work without delay. The workers exhibited exceptional professionalism and politeness, ultimately completing the job to a high standard.

Markus demonstrated professionalism and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Although I rated the company four stars initially due to their lack of responsiveness, I appreciate their efforts to surpass my expectations and make things right. The owner personally called me to apologize, and I am grateful for that gesture. I now have a beautiful, standout roof on my home and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
