Joey, Mike and their team were incredible! This was our initial experience with them and we intend to engage their services in the future. Their punctuality, assistance, proficiency and ahead-of-schedule completion were superb from start to finish, including the initial estimate and the final walkthrough. Joey has overseen three remodel/reconstruction projects for me: two for my home and one for a rental. My recent experience with MBK for a kitchen remodel was fantastic. Despite putting off this project for years, the COVID-19 pandemic shifted my priorities once my husband began working from home. We gathered bids from multiple general contractors for work on the cabinets, counters, and flooring. MBK came highly recommended by our neighbors who had just finished a bathroom remodel with them. Although we interviewed four contractors, we were most impressed with Joey, the project manager at MBK. His professionalism, confidence, and personality made us feel confident in our decision to work with him. The proposal that MBK provided was impressive and while it was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we received, we signed on with them. Our design process took about four weeks and we were involved in choosing and purchasing all of the materials together. Construction took roughly 6-8 weeks, and Joey was always transparent about the process, communicating any potential challenges along the way. While we did face a few issues due to the age of our home (built in 1957), the crew at MBK was incredibly accommodating and always found inventive solutions. We're thrilled with the final outcome, and after this experience, we now recognize the importance of selecting a trustworthy remodeling company. We highly recommend working with Joey at MBK for any remodeling needs.
