Russ is an exceptional professional! When it came to choosing flooring, I was quite uncertain and Russ was exceptionally patient with me throughout the decision-making process. I enlisted Russ for tile repairs in one of my bathrooms and was very pleased with his excellent work, especially as the floor tiles were oddly shaped and required customized cuts. Realizing his skill set, I had Russ fix another bathroom that had experienced extensive drywall damage after a flood, and also needed a new tub installed. Russ expertly patched all the drywall and even added a fresh coat of paint. When painting over the drywall repairs, I accidentally gave Russ the wrong paint texture, which didn't match the rest of the wall. However, Russ took it upon himself to inform me that the textures did not align perfectly and offered to fix it by acquiring the correct texture and repainting the area. It is clear that Russ is dedicated to delivering quality work that adheres to his client's preferences. I highly recommend him for any comparable projects.

My floors were in excellent condition after Russ finished his work. In the midst of the freeze, the tiles in my living room had completely cracked. He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in responding to my inquiry. Additionally, he assisted me in repairing my baseboards. After completing the task, he tidied up the area and left my floors even cleaner than they were before. I highly recommend Russ for any project as he is capable of handling it all.

While we were getting the grout repaired, we discovered a crack on the tile as well. Therefore, we modified the amount we were charging and proceeded with repairing the crack on the tile as well.
