If I were able to rate it, I'd give it a 3.5. The cost is justified by the door's quality and warranty. Nevertheless, coordinating the project was incredibly exasperating due to a few scheduling glitches. If I can locate another business that can match the appearance of the new door, I'll be avoiding NTWS for the rest of my project. I was also displeased to learn that the door installer doesn't perform finish work, and as a result, the exterior of my door is framed with raw timber and caulk. If I had been informed ahead of time, I would have had paint ready to finish the job.

Unlike the other 4 companies that bid on my project, this one did not employ pushy sales methods that made me feel uneasy. Furthermore, of all the companies that bid, this one provided the best value. I am extremely satisfied with my noise reduction windows, which not only live up to the promised functionality but also have a contemporary appearance.
