Excellent timely work.

Although I would love to award 5 stars, I am unable to do so. There was supposed to be a follow-up appointment to ensure that all areas were addressed, but unfortunately, the gentleman did not return as promised, despite him confirming twice. While the company is good, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and fulfilling promises once the work has been completed.

The roof installation and gutter replacement by Tony and his crews were exceptional. Their professionalism, responsiveness and courteousness were commendable. I strongly recommend them for anyone who requires roof or gutter services.

Several quotes were obtained from other businesses for a new roof, but insurance would not cover it. I was frustrated as I had to pay a considerable amount of money out of my pocket. Upon speaking with Anthony, I found him to be very polite and informative, and his professionalism convinced me to hire him. He visited my house, took the time to sit with me, and walked me through every step that was needed to restore or install the new roof. Anthony's team was punctual, and they completed the job in a single day. However, it would be advisable to ensure that all nails are removed from the property to avoid accidents involving homeowners, pets, or children stepping on them or nails getting stuck in tires. Apart from this, I would happily hire Anthony and his team again in the future.

The owner of Resistance Roofing, Anthony Michael, impressed me with his professionalism and efficiency when I contacted him to inspect damage caused by a storm. He used state-of-the-art drone equipment to conduct an inspection, which allowed him to pinpoint the damage's extent precisely. Within hours, he covered the exposed areas of my roof with tarp to prevent water from getting through, without any obligation to use his services. Anthony then explained the entire process of installing a new roof, including the types of materials, shingle options, warranties, and timeframes. After receiving a detailed estimate, I opted to go with his company for the installation. Anthony continued to communicate with me throughout the process, even monitoring the weather to ensure uninterrupted completion. The crew arrived each morning at 7 am and worked meticulously, taking care to cover the property to catch debris, replace any defective decking, install flashing and new shingles, and clear the property at the end of each day. After the installation was complete, Anthony conducted another drone tour to highlight critical areas such as flashing and valleys. Overall, Anthony and his team did a fantastic job, providing excellent value for money, installation, and follow-up. I would highly recommend Resistance Roofing to anyone.
