Alex did an excellent job and if there is a need in the future, he will be hired again.

All of the photos of the grass installation project can be found in my projects, as advised by Alex in response to Robert B's inquiry. Unfortunately, Alex was unable to complete the project due to Robert B's rude behavior. Alex refused to tolerate any form of insult directed towards me and instead of retaliating, he chose to abandon the project. It appears that Robert B was disappointed with Alex's reaction and sought a way to avoid paying for the completed work. I wish to caution other contractors against this individual, as I am the third landscaper to have encountered such treatment on his property. Prior to my departure, Robert B inspected and approved the quality of the work, thus his negative review is both puzzling and unwarranted.

Alex Garcia is not a trained landscaper but rather operates as a one-man team for yard cleanup. His typical work hours are from 12 PM to 4 PM in the afternoon. Unfortunately, my experience with him resulted in broken sprinkler lines, uneven sod with patches and holes, and improperly planted 4-5 gallon vine bushes that were not compacted. I had to hire another landscaper to fix the irrigation leaks and replace a newly purchased rainbird irrigation control valve. Alex promised to leave a $100 check for me, but it never arrived, and he claimed he was going to Mexico for the holidays to repair a warranty issue. As a result, I am pursuing legal action against him for $2,825.00 for the services he was paid for and an additional $1,000.00 for property damage. His work was subpar, and he was unresponsive to my complaints. I do not recommend using Alex Garcia Lawn Care and Landscaping Company as he is an unlicensed contractor with a history of fraudulent behavior. CrackerJack should remove him from their listings to prevent others from experiencing similar situations.
