I had an appointment scheduled for a cost estimate on Friday, June 23rd at 6:30 PM. However, the service provider did not show up or even call to inform me. I tried reaching out to them at 7 PM, but they did not return my call. This lack of reliability is concerning, especially since our neighbor also had some cement work done. Therefore, I cannot recommend them.
