Rewritten: Despite making arrangements to be available for an agreed-upon appointment time, the company failed to show up without any communication via call, text or email. This left me feeling highly inconvenienced. However, once they became aware of their missed appointment, they reached out to apologize and explained the scheduling error was to blame. Although I cannot remove my initial rating, I have changed it from a 1 to a 3.

When the worker arrived, I explained that my deck required only sanding and staining. However, he assumed it was a complete rebuild. Despite being unable to assist me, he was polite and recommended that I seek a different company. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

I deeply value the dedicated efforts of the entire team towards every aspect of the project. The web and mobile applications have greatly facilitated seamless communication with all involved parties, enabling me to keep abreast of the progress.

The crew exhibited high levels of courtesy and professionalism. In the event that a small quantity of the tear off material landed in my neighbor's yard, they promptly requested permission to enter in order to clean it up. Additionally, the work was executed with precision and at a reasonable cost.

Our project was completed in an excellent manner and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. The communication throughout the project was impeccable and we will definitely be utilizing their services for our forthcoming projects.
