The repair cost estimate was provided only a day after I made the request. The price charged was reasonable and the repair work was promptly executed. Without any doubt, my first choice for sprinkler maintenance.

I need to retract my previous positive statement about Justin at "Apex Irrigation and Lighting". Unfortunately, they have turned out to be a rogue company and I strongly advise property owners not to hire them. The work they initially did for me was done improperly and Justin promised to come back to fix it but failed to show up. He finally arrived a week later and claimed that I needed a new Hunter control box, but he refuses to provide me with the necessary paperwork for the warranty or invoice for the box. Additionally, he took my old box, presumably for resale. I have contacted all the Hunter distributors in the area and none have heard of this company. In total, I paid him $560 ($175 for the initial repair and $385 for the new box). I have reported them to the business licensing department in their area and strongly advise against doing any business with "Apex Irrigation and Lighting".

I strongly urge you to consider Apex Irrigation and Lighting for your irrigation needs. After encountering an issue with my system, multiple establishments informed me they would have to delay inspection for four weeks. Justin from Apex Irrigation, however, was able to arrive the day after I reached out. He notified me via text when he was en route to my residence, comprehensively examined my system, and promptly resolved the issue at hand at a fair price. Additionally, he offered me helpful suggestions on enhancing my watering routine.
