I am at a loss for where to even begin! We had scheduled an estimate and appointment, but the day started off rocky. However, life happens and we all encounter obstacles, which unfortunately was the case for the team. Although we had agreed on a specific time, unforeseeable circumstances caused them to run very behind schedule. My husband suggested we cancel, and so I did. Tyler called and expressed his apologies, and explained what caused the delay. Despite our initial hesitations, my husband eventually agreed for them to come and install our new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Though they arrived at an inconvenient hour, between 5:30 - 6:00 pm, what should have only taken around two hours ended up taking them approximately 5 1/2 hours. They didn't leave our home until close to 11:00 pm! The previous owners had utilized epoxy, cement, or some similar material when installing the old sink, and it was a job that, had I been in their shoes, I would have given up on. Nonetheless, the team did not owe us anything, but they persevered through the obstacle. They sawed, pounded, drilled, and who knows what else! They put in an immense amount of hard work and effort. Despite the shoddy job the prior owners had done, they managed to complete the installation, and the sink looks fantastic. Although our countertop must be replaced - this being no fault of their own - it will still work perfectly well until our remodel with Aaron's. This task was daunting, but the Drain Surgeon team took it on and completed it. If you desire a professional, courteous, and skilled company, I highly recommend them. I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but I couldn't sleep until I wrote this one. These guys are the real deal! I'm optimistic we won't discover any leaks, but on the off-chance that we do, we will definitely be contacting them!
